Exercise During Pregnancy

Women who exercise regularly does not have to stop exercising when they become pregnant. On the contrary, exercise during pregnancy can be beneficial. However, it is very important that you discuss your exercise plans with your doctor or health care provider, so that you can make the necessary adjustments needed to your normal exercise routine to accomodate your pregnancy.
